We are excited to be offering this workshop at the beautiful Ocean Resort on .Vancouver Island, BC. Annie lives in British Columbia, both on Cortes and Vancouver Islands. She has .been teaching with The Painting Experience and Stewart Cubley for six years in Canada and the US, .including at Hollyhock, BC; Esalen Institute, CA; Breitenbush Hot Springs, OR; Whidbey Island, WA .and many other Canadian cities such as Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto and .Montreal.

.Ocean Resort, located on the east coast of Vancouver Island, just south of Campbell River, is a .place where stillness is honored and all those who come to experience that stillness, are empowered .to discover who they really are.

Ocean Resort offers clean, fresh rooms, healthy local meals served in their dining room, a mediation sanctuary, Driftwood Labyrinth, fireplace library of wonderful resources, and infrared saunas and fitness facilities.  There are a variety of Holistic Services to enjoy during your Painting Experience such as La Stone Massage Therapy, Therapeutic Massage and Energy Medicine.

You will be staying right at the ocean's edge in a beautifully decorated and tranquil spot. The staff is very welcoming and you will find this the perfect place to retreat for a weekend any time of year.

Ocean Resort is easy to get to, just a quick flight from Calgary, Vancouver, or Edmonton or a leisurely drive up the island highway from points south or points north, or of course by ferry from the mainland. You will be met at the airport by the Resort Shuttle, so no need to rent a car, just relax and enjoy the weekend - To book transportation please contact Marion Ann Berry or call 250-923-4281 to arrange times for pick up and drop off at the Comox or Campbell River airport.

Transportation Options:

Ocean Resort is located in Oyster Bay, just south of Campbell River near Saratoga Beach. Guests traveling from Nanaimo (150km) or Victoria (265km) will follow Island Highway 19 North and take Exit 144 (Hamm Rd/Miracle Beach exit) and follow the road until you reach Highway 19A (the Old Island Highway). Turn left (north) on Highway 19A and we are 5 minutes down the road on your right side. Guests traveling by air can fly into either the Comox Airport YQQ or the Campbell River Airport YBL when staying at Ocean Resort.
