By submitting this form you will reserve a place in the program of your choice by agreeing to pay check or money order. Once your reservation is received, we will temporarily hold a spot until receipt of your deposit. If your deposit is delayed more than four days, please inform us if you wish to continue holding your reservation.
Once we receive your deposit you will be sent a confirmation and additional course details.

3 day programs: balance due date is 14 days prior to the workshop.
5 day programs: balance is due 21 days prior to the start date of the workshop. Esalen, Omega and Hollyhock have their own policies, please contact them directly for specific details.
